The New Program!

Inspired by the airline's continued commitment to passenger well-being, the three-minute film follows Dr. Oz through the Turkish Airlines travel experience. From the moment Dr. Oz checks in for his flight so that, upon arrival at their destination, viewers are not only reminded of the hygiene protocols necessary for safe travel but also fully reassured that the airline enforces a higher level of security at each stage of the journey that exceeds industry standards.

In the animated film, Dr. Oz shows that since online check-in and carrying only personal belongings in the cabin, contact with passengers is limited. Viewers are told that all passengers must wear a mask when entering the airport and are provided with hand sanitizer and body temperature control throughout the terminal.

The video also highlights that Turkish Airlines has taken additional steps to ensure peace of mind, such as disinfecting baggage using the UV system and boarding passengers in smaller groups. Hygiene experts are present on every flight whether they are flights to Istanbul or any other, to maintain a high level of safety and hygiene, and each passenger will receive a hygiene kit upon boarding.

In June, with the resumption of services, Turkish Airlines announced new Safe Travel Guidelines as well as two new in-flight services to protect the health of its guests.
